Following text describes the terms and conditions that applies when using this shop and page. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions we respectfully ask that you please do not use or access this website.

Delivery

 

Orders will be dispatched Monday - Wednesday. Your order will be sent on the nearest shipping-day from payment being cleared unless otherwise agreed. If an item is momentarily out of stock, delivery will take a little longer than expected we will inform you via email.

 

Returns

 

We hope you will enjoy our products, Products will be refunded provided that it hasn’t been used and returned in its original condition. The product will have to be returned within 14 days from the date on the receipt and a paper with an explanation to why the product is returned. If we find that the product hasn’t been returned in acceptable conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on it. Please address your return parcel to :

 

, Denmark. See to it that you have a proof of postage from the post office at which you return your product from as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost, damaged or otherwise in transit. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We do not cover return expenses.

 

Damaged Products

 

If your product is damaged on arrival please inform us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] In the case of damaged or faulty goods. Take images of the product and include it in the e-mail. If the damage directly affects the performance and the aesthetic of the item we’ll compensate you in full.  Note that some minor changes can occur in some of our products when shipping with temperature shifts and with ageing that don’t affect the products performance but can be described as minor cosmetic flaws. For these kind of minor damages  in transit, or product performance

issues after extended use, reviews will be made on a case by case basis and compensate fairly.
